Bringing people together — dinners, hack nights, and the small rituals that turn a group into a community.
I care a lot about the texture of a group: the in-jokes, the standing invites, the person who makes sure the quiet one gets a word in.
Most of what I host is small and recurring — a dinner, a co-working night — the kind of thing that only works because it happens *again*.
